Come learn how to blend your own chai! We'll start with basic background, then show you our favorite ways to blend and brew loose leaf chai. Then you'll get your hands into some spices and create your own blend. We provide the spices, tea, and advice along the way. You'll get to take home your unique blend--keep it for yourself or give to a loved one for the holidays!
Sarah Adams is the Owner & Brewmistress of Chico Chai, a chai microbrewery in Chico, CA. She has been in business since 2004, and is always looking forward to learning more about spices & tea.

Join a small group of 12 guests for a tasting of 4-6 of his favorite teas, including a traditional oolong and a special aged puerh from his own collection.
Roy Fong is the founder of San Francisco’s Imperial Tea Court, the first traditional Chinese teahouse in America. A native of Hong Kong, Roy was introduced to tea early in life, and has spent many years developing close relations with tea growers and producers in mainland China and Taiwan.
